Sharr Mountain Product
As an analogous product it is obtained by pasteurizing and homogenizing of whey proteins with palm fat. The coagulation of proteins takes place at the boiling point where it gets a creamy appearance, with slightly sweet taste. It is suitable for use in pastas and salads.
