Laktida belongs to the group of analog cheese, produced from pasteurized and homogenized reconstituted milk with palm fat, which gives a creamy taste to the product. The high production quality and the unique starter culture enable the taste of laktida to be similar to the White brined cheese.

It has a white creamy hard texture, sliceable with creamy mouthfeel, with a brackish taste, which features enable its use in all foods.
