“Poloshko” white brine cheese

It is produced by high pasteurization of cow milk from Sharr – Polog region, by using a special technological process. The product is characterized by a hard texture, and as semi-hard brined cheese is suitable for grinding. Most noticeable is its use in salads, pasta and appetizers.
