“Bieno” salt brine cheese

Represents a traditional cheese produced by a standardized production technology. It is made from natural pasteurized cow milk from Sharr – Polog region region where the levels of evaporating components have an effect on the biochemical process of the product.

The yellowish color, hard texture, pleasant smell, salty taste as well as the various size randomly spread “holes” that are visible at cutting are the main features of the “Bieno” cheese.
